IT service delivery manager
You will represent our IT to the business and make sure, that our services meet their expectations. Be a key part for our customer relationship management that is passionate about delivering technology solutions to solve business and end-user needs.
As an IT delivery manager, you will:
Monitor and proactively manage all delivery and service obligations to ensure the proper quality of service is consistently provided to our customers and identify and qualify new demand.
Review, coordinate and oversee successful completion of all Service Requests.
Handle day-to-day customer relationship and when necessary for crises or escalations, connect the appropriate parties to reach resolution.
Drive internal processes to ensure the highest quality of service, and work with teams to improve as needed.
Provide leadership and decision-making support by establishing project governance and ensure the effective overall use of resources to meet business objectives.
Experience in IT service delivery management.
Strong customer focus and service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management.
Strong service attitude: build lasting customer relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness.
ITIL foundation certificate.
